Big help and great service - After being able to book a screen replacment in the Fleet Street branch the same day as my phone was broken, I received fantastic service and treatment at iSmash. The repair was perfectly kept to the 30 minute promise and extra reinforcements added to my screen appear well applied and definitely help protect my screen now.

2 minute fix, no charge - Something from the charge cable got stuck right inside the charge port meaning iPad wouldn't charge. Despite being busy, they fixed it there and then with no charge. Excellent.
